14 Weeks

Photo Thoughts: Again, crappy iPhone picture, I am having my husband try to find our real camera but he isn't finding it :(  Other then that I loved the board this week, Roomie is doing an amazing job on these.

How Far Along: 14 weeks

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  OK my weight must be doing weird things because I am back to +2 lbs so no sure how much of that is baby

Size Of Baby: 3.4 inches, about the size of a lemon

Cravings: Cereal still other then that I have just been trying to healthy

Maternity Clothes: Nope

Stretch Marks: Besides my false alarm nope

What I Love: Being in the second trimester, it means I am a third of the way done and hopefully should start getting fat soon (I'm just kidding, well about getting fat but I am excited to be showing)

What I'm Looking Forward To The Most: Next doctor's appointment of course because we will find out the sex and our Gender Reveal Party

Worries:That they won't be able to see the sex and then the party will be ruined

Sleep: Funky, funky dreams this week so it made me feel a bit yucky but the sleeping part was good besides last night which was just not good

Belly Button In Or Out: In

Happy Or Moody Most Of The Time:  Happy, I am thinking and not coming up with anything too bad so I am going with happy

Symptoms: Most of the old ones have gone away but I have a fun new one, headaches, yeah that is a fun one considering according to my doctor I am supposed to take Tylenol not Motrin like I am used to

Movement: None but I am hoping that I will feel something soon

The Belly: Tiny, unless you are really looking, I'm sure I mostly just look like a hold a little weight in my tummy

Milestones: It's movements are less jerky and can bend, flex and twist its fingers, hands, wrists, legs, knees and toes. It is practicing breathing to get ready for when it leaves my body.

Oh My Gosh Moment

So this is going to be just a short post with my weekly post coming later but I just thought this was funny and wanted to share it. 

So I was undressing so that I could take a shower and I glanced in the mirror (now I should probably mention that I have horrible eyesight and can't see things that are far away very well) and I saw a big line right by my stomach.  My heart dropped and I was thinking, oh my god, I couldn't be already having stretch marks!!!  I am barely showing!!!  So I ran in closer and looked in the mirror and nope, I was wrong, it was just a random scratch (which I have no clue how I got either, especially since it was decently large but it was not very bad).  I am so glad that I was wrong but it just freaked me out a bit.

Semi Freak Out

So on Sunday the 3rd we had a bunch of friends over to make smores on a friend's fire pit.  There was about 7 of us total and we had pizza and then when it got less hot we went outside and made smores.  Afterwards I still stayed outside for a bit just because I like watching fire burn and smolder (and we couldn't exactly just leave it alone) so when I was done I noticed how messy our backyard looked (not the landscaping there was just leftover stuff from barbequing and rocks that our dog put on the patio) so I put out the fire and then decided to start putting things away so I sweep all the rocks back, put the barbeque away and rearrange the patio furniture so it looked more purposeful.

Then I go inside and see that there are still tons of stuff on the table and bar.  So I start picking up and organizing that too.  I start on the living room when my husband that realizes what I am doing and asks me to go sit down with everyone else (some people had gone home by then but not everyone).  I nicely decline and say that I would rather keep cleaning up because the house looks like a mess.  He asks me again but I just keep doing what I am doing.  Then he decides to pick me up and sit me down on his lap and keep me there.  It just kept bugging me, all the stuff that was everywhere, I wanted to put it away soooo badly but he wouldn't let me go.  So after a bit I tell him I need to use the restroom so he lets me up and when I am done I just go to the kitchen and start working on the dishes.  Once hubby realizes what I am doing, I get picked up again and brought back to the couch with the promise that when the TV show is over and when the rest of our guests leave everyone will help me clean up.  So once everyone left and the show was over, the boys got up and actually helped me pick the rest of it up.  It wasn't an angry freakout just an odd one.  But one that made me laugh later on so I thought I would post it.

13 Weeks

Photo Thoughts: No photo this week, it's an odd week (odd number that is not as in unusual)

How Far Along: 13 weeks

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Still at 3 (I technically lost a little weight but not more then a pound so it doesn't count)

Size Of Baby: 2.9 inches long, about the size of a peach

Cravings: I am still stuck on cereal but other then that not much, I got my husband to get me teriyaki (ok sorry I can't figure out how to spell that correctly) noodles that I had been wanting for awhile but they tasted wrong :( Darn pregnancy for making one of my favorite foods not taste as good

Maternity Clothes: Nope

Stretch Marks:  Nope

What I Love: This week my hubby gets this title, this is too short of a story to give it's own post so I am just going to put it here.  Last night we were cuddling on the couch and watching tv when he puts his head near my stomach, lifts up my shirt and kisses it again (that isn't the cutest part yet)and then he puts his ear to my stomach and sits there for a minute.  He then tells me that he can't hear the heartbeat (like we did at the doctor this week) so he goes on his phone and starts looking up what he can get so that he can hear the heartbeat, it was adorable :)

What I'm Looking Forward To The Most: June 29th, when we have our next doctor's appointment and find out the sex (although we won't actually find out until July 1rst at the Gender Reveal Party)

Worries: The biggest one right now is that it won't be in the right position for them to see what sex it is because we are having a party for it 2 days after and if we don't find out then the party is screwed and we might even have people coming from out of town for it....

Sleep: Great, I get lots of it, I go to be early and I'm tired still but it's life.

Belly Button In Or Out: In

Happy Or Moody Most Of The Time:  Happy, it has been a long week but besides one incident (which I will post about later) I have been good

Symptoms: Not much this week besides using the bathroom like 8 times a day (that might be an exaggeration but that's what it feels like)

Movement: None but I am still hoping

The Belly: Small, still unnoticeable

Milestones: It has fingerprints, and it's ears are starting to sense sounds now. It's neck is formed and can support head movement now, some of the organs are starting to do what they are supposed to do. It can smile and it's vocal cords are quickly developing.

12 Weeks

Photo Thoughts: So this week's picture is better then last weeks but it is still not the quality that I would like (I am going to have to make my husband stop using his phone for these and actually use our camera) and I'm not wearing the same shirt as last week, although they are similar I swear that they are different.

How Far Along: 12 weeks

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 3 lbs now!!

Size Of Baby: 2.1 inches, about the size of a plum

Cravings: I am still eating lots of cereal but nothing else really sticks out that much

Maternity Clothes: Nope

Stretch Marks: Nope

What I Love: Everything :) and the fact that I am almost out of the first trimester

What I'm Looking Forward To The Most: Our doctor's appointment this week, and getting to hear it's heartbeat again

Worries: That there won't be a heartbeat... but I know how unlikely it is....

Sleep: Great, once I'm out, I'm done, no funky dreams or waking up or anything

Belly Button In Or Out: In

Happy Or Moody Most Of The Time: Happy this week, lots of relaxing

Symptoms: According to my book I will start to get headaches and dizzy this week, well I'm glad that I am right on schedule, other then that the nausea only comes when I eat too much (which isn't much anymore), boobs are not annoying me that much so decent overall

Movement: None.... but I'm hopeful

The Belly:Tiny but starting to feel like I have one

Milestones: It is now completely formed on the outside and the inside is getting close.  It's vocal cords form this week and it's kidneys will start to function.

11 Weeks

Photo Thoughts: No picture this week

How Far Along: 11 weeks

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Total 2lbs

Size Of Baby: 1.6 inches, about the size of a lime

Cravings: Not much, I'm starting to wonder when those start of maybe I'm just not going to have any...

Maternity Clothes: Nope

Stretch Marks: Nope

What I Love: Everything

What I'm Looking Forward To The Most:  Getting to be a mom

Worries: Not being a good mom... I've been paranoid about not knowing what I'm doing because I have never really been around babies, toddlers, teenagers, I'm fine with but babies are foreign to me, but luckily I have my wonderful hubby to tell me that I will be great at it.

Sleep: Good, just doing lots of it

Belly Button In Or Out: In

Happy Or Moody Most Of The Time: It's been a good week so I would have to say happy 

Symptoms: My nausea has seemed to come back somewhat this week so that sucks, but other then that my boobs still hurt and not much else, I have been pretty darn good

Movement: None but I am hopeful for soon

The Belly: Small

Milestones: It has passed its critical stage, and it will be less of a risk of developing any kind of abnormality and will be less affected by drugs or infections.  By the end of the week it will double in size and all of it's organs are almost fully functional and apparently it is moving around gracefully in there.

Now I figured I should mention where I get all my information about the baby so that people don't think I am all knowing.  I get everything from 3 different places, my pregnancy book, The Pregnancy Bible by Joanne Stone and Keith Eddleman, The Bump website, and the I'm Expecting app on my phone.

10 Weeks

Photo Thoughts: So I don't like this weeks, my eyes look funny, and for some reason the pixals look like poo (we took it really late at night) (I was going to retake it but now I am almost 11 weeks so oh well, this week will just not be my favorite picture)

How Far Along: 10 weeks

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 1.2lbs, I have finally gained a little weight

Size Of Baby: 1.2 inches, about the size of a prune

Cravings: I have been eating a lot of cereal lately but other then that it is just everything pomegranate (I wish I could blame that on the pregnancy but I became obsessed with them about 4 months earlier so its a no go but I still can't get enough)

Maternity Clothes: None that I am wearing

Stretch Marks: Nope

What I Love: Being able to say I am 10 weeks along, it feels so much more pregnant then 5, even though I still have a long way to go.

What I'm Looking Forward To The Most: Finding out if it is going to be a girl or boy, I am starting to get antsy.

Worries: I've been good this week, just loving being pregnant

Sleep: I have waken up some during the night to either move around (which I normally don't remember) or to go to the bathroom but I'm not 100% that is because of the pregnancy.  Other then that I am sleeping a ton, with 2 hour naps on most days....

Belly Button In Or Out:  In :)

Happy Or Moody Most Of The Time:  This has been a hard week....  I have been told multiple times that I don't seem to have my normal level of patience and so I might have been a little snappy...  So I might have to go with moody

Symptoms: Besides being moody, it hasn't been much, random nausea and a little boob pain but that is pretty much it.

Movement: None :(

The Belly: I am finally starting to get a little one, I am very excited and wear tight shirts to show it off.

Milestones: It is starting to get joints, its head is over half its length and it is starting to get external ears and fingernails (got to love Juno)
